WARRANTIES

Bicycles

Lifetime Frame Warranty

We chose to design our bicycles with steel frames for our bicycles because we want them to last a lifetime. We are pleased to offer to all of our customers a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the life of the original owner.

One Year Parts Warranty

Our parts, accessories and related hardware are guaranteed for one year after purchase.

Our warranties are non-transferable and cover only manufacturing defects, not user-incurred damage, unforeseen accidents, and/or everyday wear and tear.

In order to validate our warranty,  all bicycles MUST be assembled by trained, licensed professional mechanics, no exceptions. Do It Yourself Assembly voids all warranty agreements.

Bags

Five Year Bags Warranty

We chose to design all of our bags and leather goods out of 100% genuine soft leather. We are pleased to offer our customers a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Our warranties are non-transferable and do not cover unforeseen accidents and normal wear and tear from everyday use.

Apparel

15 Day Apparel Warranty

We will replace any of our apparel products within 15 days of delivery.

RETURNS

Return Policy

We can usually resolve any issues without resorting to a return, but if it does come to that, please note that returns must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase date (or within 30 days of delivery.)

Returned bicycles incur a $150 restocking fee.

Returned Bags & Apparel are free.

Shipping fees—both outbound and return—are non-refundable. If the item you are returning originally shipped for free, we will refund your payment less the current cost of shipping for similar items.

Please email us at info@1854Cycling.com regarding your return, and we will provide you with a return authorization number, which you must write on the outside of your return package.
